2010 OK District Convention Report:

Joe Davis Installed as Governor Designate:

At the Governor's Installation Banquest Friday Evening, Joe Davis was installed as the Governor Designate, ready to assume office of Governor on October 1, 2010, for the Optimist Year 2010-2011.

Gov Don Crall passes the Governor's Pin to Joe Davis.

Judy Evans elected Governor Elect:

JUDY EVANS, of the Bixby Club, was elected as Governor Elect for 2010-2011:

International Vice President Ed Finn presents Don Crall with a Special Fundraising Award from the Optimist Internatonal Foundation; Don raised over $2500 for the Foundation from attendees at a recent International training session. Atta boy, Don!

Emil Novak celebrates fifty years as an Optimist member by giving some advice to Oklaoma District Governor Don Crall. Yes, Emil has been an Optimist member since February 1960! Congratulations, Emil! Emil is also "Mr. Oratory" for his steady chairmanship of the District Oratorical Contest for as long as anyone can remember.
