A Distinguished Club may earn Double Distinguished status if it completes two requirements below: To earn Triple Distinguished Club Status a club must complete three requirements below: A completion of four requirements below will earn a club Grand Slam Distinguished Status: Builds one adult club of 25 members (5 of whom may be members from existing Optimist Club). Add a net plus 25 to membership roster. Sponsor a Youth Club of 20 members and add a net plus 15 members to own roster.
